This website is operated by Better Ohio PAC to explain our work and provide political and community information. You may use it for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with the service, submit fraudulent information, or attempt to access other visitors’ information.
Better Ohio PAC text updates
By entering your mobile number and checking the consent box on our text-update form, you agree to receive recurring automated political and informational SMS/MMS messages from Better Ohio PAC. Messages may include issue updates, surveys, event notices, and donation requests.
Voluntary consent
Consent is not a condition of any purchase or donation. You may contact us and use the website without enrolling. You must be at least 18 and the subscriber or authorized user of the number you submit. Notify us if you stop using or change that number.
Frequency and costs
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Contact your carrier for pricing information. Delivery is subject to carrier availability, network conditions, and device compatibility. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt out
Reply STOP to any program message to opt out. You may receive one final confirmation, after which further program messages will stop unless you provide new consent. You may also use our contact form to withdraw consent.
